On-Location Photography Services Agreement**

This Photography Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between 3MV Photography (“Photographer”) and the client (“Client”) on the date the Client’s booking is accepted through the 3MV Photography website.

By booking a session and submitting payment, Client agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies outlined below.

1. Booking & Acceptance of Terms

All sessions must be booked through the 3MV Photography website. Completion of a booking and submission of payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, including all cancellation, refund, and liability terms. Confirmation of booking will be sent by email once accepted.

2. Session Location

3MV Photography does not operate a studio. All sessions are conducted on-location, either at an agreed-upon outdoor location, Client’s property, or a public venue permitted for photography.

Client is responsible for securing permission for private property locations, if required.

3. Session Duration & Arrival

Clients must arrive on time. Late arrival will reduce session time and may affect the number of final edited images delivered. Session extensions are not guaranteed and are subject to Photographer availability.

4. Usage & Conduct

Client and all participants must conduct themselves respectfully and follow all local, state, and venue rules. Any unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Outfit & Session Scope

Sessions are designed for one outfit unless otherwise stated. Quick outfit changes may be accommodated only if time allows and are not guaranteed within a 30-minute session.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted through the website. Phone calls, texts, or social media messages will not be accepted as official cancellations.

• 7+ days before session: Full refund of deposit

• Between 7 days and 24 hours: 50% refund of deposit

• Within 24 hours: No refund

No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.

7. Weather & Force Majeure

Sessions affected by severe weather, medical emergencies, power outages, or circumstances beyond Photographer’s control may be rescheduled at Photographer’s discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed under force majeure conditions.

8. Liability Waiver

Client assumes all responsibility for personal safety during the session. 3MV Photography is not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses occurring during or as a result of the session.

Client releases and holds harmless 3MV Photography from all claims arising from participation in the photography session.

9. Photography of Minors

Parents or legal guardians must be present at all times during sessions involving minors. 3MV Photography is not responsible for supervision or child safety.

10. Alcohol, Drugs, & Weapons

No illegal drugs, alcohol consumption, or weapons are permitted during sessions. Any violation will result in immediate termination without refund.

11. Image Delivery & Usage

Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery. 3MV Photography retains copyright to all images. Client receives a print and web release for personal or professional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Bexar County, Texas. Claims must be brought within one (1) year of the session date.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. Any modifications must be made in writing.

Client Acknowledgment

By booking a session with 3MV Photography, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
