Cancellation Policy

PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS (CORPORATE) — CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be submitted through the 3MV Photography website. Phone calls, text messages, and social media messages are not accepted as official cancellation requests. BOOKING & PAYMENT Corporate headshot sessions are priced according to group size, location, and photography requirements. A written quote will be provided before booking. A 25% booking deposit is required to reserve the scheduled date and is applied toward the total quoted price. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session. DEPOSIT REFUNDS More than 7 days before the session: Full refund of the booking deposit. From 7 days to more than 24 hours before the session: 50% refund of the booking deposit. 24 hours or less before the session: No refund of the booking deposit. ADDITIONAL TERMS Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The client is responsible for coordinating employee availability and providing an appropriate photography space. Late starts do not automatically extend the scheduled photography coverage. Additional employees, locations, or photography time beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, subject to client approval. All usable photographs will be professionally edited and delivered digitally. Commercial usage rights will be specified in the written agreement. No-shows are treated as cancellations without notice. If a session is canceled after additional payments have been made, those payments will be refunded, less any charges expressly authorized under the booking agreement and permitted by applicable law.
